Individuals

People like you power the ACTIVE Life Movement. Through thousands of small, daily, local efforts, individuals are reclaiming the health of our country. We call these people ACTIVEists.

If you’re looking to shape your community into a healthier, more active place to be, you’ve come to the right place. Here’s how you can get started:

Participate

Become an ACTIVEist by signing up for a free profile. You’ll get exclusive tips for making your community healthier and more active.

Each semester, high school students led by an adult Advocate are encouraged to become a part of Young Leaders for Healthy Change.

Advocate

Invite your friends, family and colleagues to join Team ACTIVE Life!

Ask your local school’s PE Teacher or Site Supervisor to sign up their school to Team ACTIVE Life for Places (Partner System) to help students become healthier and more active.

If you're 18 years old or under, sign up for Team AL and get certified as a Junior Health Educator to become a full blown grass roots advocate with your peers and in your community.
