Promoting a healthy life style is becoming more and more important as part of our school health curriculum. Students tend to lead a much more sedentary life now than in the past due to computers, electronic games and texting. We need to provide an incentive for students to go outside and "play". This is also important for developing social skills, problem solving skills as well as staying healthy and fit.
